These terms apply when you create an account or use any service on nd678. By registering, you agree to follow these rules. Read them carefully before you sign up.

Acceptance of Terms

When you click "Sign Up" or deposit money into your nd678 account, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, do not use our platform. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If there is a conflict between documents, these terms take priority.

Who Can Play

You must meet all of these requirements to open an nd678 account:

Your Account Rules

One Account Per Person

You can only have one nd678 account. Multiple accounts, even with different details, violate our terms. If we detect duplicate accounts, we will close all of them and void any winnings.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

We are not liable for losses caused by stolen credentials or third-party access to your account, unless the breach occurred due to our security failure.

Accurate Information

All registration details must be truthful and current. Use your real name, correct phone number, and valid payment methods registered in your name. Providing false information is grounds for account closure.

Deposits and Payments

You can deposit using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳150. Funds usually appear in your account within 2 minutes.

Payment Method Rules

• Use only payment accounts registered in your name
• Do not deposit from joint accounts or third-party wallets
• We do not accept credit obtained through loans or credit cards
• Deposits are final. We do not issue refunds once funds enter your gaming balance

If we suspect money laundering or fraud, we may freeze your account and return deposits to the original payment method.

Currency

All transactions on nd678 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not support other currencies. Exchange rates do not apply.

Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal is ৳700. Your first withdrawal requires identity verification. Submit a clear photo of your National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. Our team reviews documents within 6 hours.

Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes after approval. First-time withdrawals may take up to 6 hours while we verify your identity.

You can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day at the Starter VIP level. Higher tiers have increased daily limits. See our VIP page for full details.

Withdrawal to Original Method

Withdrawals must go to the same payment method you used for deposits. If you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw to that same bKash number. This is an anti-fraud measure.

If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. You will need to verify ownership of the new account.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses on nd678 come with wagering requirements. The standard requirement is 10x the bonus amount. If you claim a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

First Deposit Bonus

New players receive a 165% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To qualify, deposit at least ৳150. The bonus is credited automatically.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses expire 7 days after activation. Complete the wagering requirement within this period or forfeit the bonus and any winnings earned from it.

Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly is prohibited. We track IP addresses, devices, and payment methods. Players caught abusing bonuses will have their accounts closed and balances voided.

Fair Play and Game Rules

All games on nd678 use certified random number generators. Results are determined by RNG software from licensed providers including JILI, JDB, Pragmatic Play, Habanero, Playtech, and KA Gaming.

Game Malfunctions

If a game malfunctions during play, all bets placed during the malfunction are void. We will refund affected bets to your account. Malfunctions do not entitle you to additional compensation.

Bet Limits

Errors and Miscalculations

If we detect an error in payout calculations, we will correct the mistake. This may result in funds being added to or deducted from your account. You are not entitled to winnings from obvious errors, such as a displayed payout that exceeds the game's maximum win.

What You Cannot Do

The following actions will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or game errors for profit
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim bonuses
• Using VPNs or proxies to hide your location
• Reverse engineering or attempting to hack our platform
• Sharing your account with others or selling your account

We monitor gameplay for suspicious patterns. If we detect cheating, we will freeze your account, investigate, and potentially involve law enforcement.

Account Suspension

We may suspend your account temporarily or permanently if you violate these terms. Reasons for suspension include:

• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspected fraud or money laundering
• Bonus abuse or collusion
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Providing false information during registration

Self-Exclusion

You can request self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. We will close your account for the period you specify (minimum 6 months). During exclusion, you cannot reopen your account or create a new one. See our Responsible Gaming page for details.

Closure by nd678

We reserve the right to close any account at our discretion. If we close your account, we will return your balance minus any bonuses or winnings obtained through rule violations. We are not required to provide a detailed explanation.

Our Liability

nd678 provides gaming services as-is. We are not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your gameplay decisions
• Technical failures or downtime beyond our control
• Third-party payment processor errors
• Unauthorized account access due to weak passwords
• Loss of winnings due to your violation of these terms

Our maximum liability to you in any dispute is limited to the amount currently in your account balance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free software, or specific payout outcomes. Game RTPs are statistical averages over millions of rounds and do not predict individual session results.

Continued use of nd678 after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree with the updates, close your account before the effective date.
